Enaxiom worked with Fluidflo Valve Solutions over an approximately two-year period during the development, procurement, assembly, and commissioning support stages of our HydroCool™ pilot project. HydroCool™ is a novel thermal management and water-recovery technology developed for industrial and data-centre cooling applications. The pilot required a range of plastic piping, valve, actuation, and process components suitable for a technically demanding prototype system.
From the early consultation and design stages, Fluidflo Valve Solutions demonstrated strong technical understanding, responsiveness, and a practical approach to component selection and supply. Their team supported us with specifications, availability checks, and practical solutions as the prototype design evolved. Fluidflo Valve Solutions supplied a broad range of critical components for the pilot system, including UPVC pipework, fittings and flanges, manual diaphragm and ball valves, motorised ball valve assemblies, air vents, and associated process components.
Their support was particularly valuable because the project was iterative, and requirements often changed during the design and build process. Whenever we required urgent items, replacement parts, additional fittings, or fast turnarounds, their team made every effort to source and deliver what we needed quickly. The valves, actuators, and associated components supplied by Fluidflo Valve Solutions performed well in the pilot system and supported the successful development and operation of the prototype.
