A pre-lubricated heavy-duty steel gear train drives the actuators, providing durable and efficient operation. The gear train runs on bronze bushes, which enhances its longevity and performance. The actuators are encased in a powder-coated die-cast housing, which provides excellent protection against environmental elements. This housing gives the actuators an IP67 rating, indicating that they are dust-tight and can be submerged for limited periods without damage. The actuators feature two M20x1.5 cable entries for convenient cable connection. These entries allow for easy wiring and ensure a secure electrical connection.
All models in the MT-0M series are equipped with a visual indicator. This indicator allows users to visually determine the position (open or closed) of the valve, providing quick and easy status identification. Extra limit switches are included in all models of the MT-0M series. These switches provide additional control functionality and can be used to set specific valve positions or trigger actions based on valve position.vThe actuators are equipped with a manual override mechanism, allowing manual operation of the valve in case of power failure or during maintenance procedures.
