MT-2 Electric Actuator 90Nm 24VAC/DC

Product Code:10351

The MT-OM series actuators offer a reliable and efficient solution for on/off actuation of butterfly or ball valves in industrial settings. They are designed with robust features and built to withstand demanding operating conditions. The actuators are equipped with a powerful motor that has built-in thermal protection. This protection mechanism ensures that the motor is safeguarded against overheating, thereby extending its lifespan.

A pre-lubricated heavy-duty steel gear train drives the actuators, providing durable and efficient operation. The gear train runs on bronze bushes, which enhances its longevity and performance. The actuators are encased in a powder-coated die-cast housing, which provides excellent protection against environmental elements. This housing gives the actuators an IP67 rating, indicating that they are dust-tight and can be submerged for limited periods without damage. The actuators feature two M20x1.5 cable entries for convenient cable connection. These entries allow for easy wiring and ensure a secure electrical connection.

All models in the MT-0M series are equipped with a visual indicator. This indicator allows users to visually determine the position (open or closed) of the valve, providing quick and easy status identification. Extra limit switches are included in all models of the MT-0M series. These switches provide additional control functionality and can be used to set specific valve positions or trigger actions based on valve position. The actuators are equipped with a manual override mechanism, allowing manual operation of the valve in case of power failure or during maintenance procedures. This feature ensures that the valve can be operated even when the actuator is not powered. The duty cycle of the actuators is dependent on various factors such as ambient temperature, voltage, and actuator model. The duty cycle specification relates to the thermal motor protection, which is designed to operate safely up to a temperature of 135°C
